From the ICEX portal the Virtual Centre for Internationalization disseminates, the successful experiences of Spanish companies using the “case study” format. Its methodology is of great informational value, presenting real cases-along with their achievements and difficulties-and allowing for discussion on the adopted strategies and decisions taken in each company. At present, there are 19 available case studies: Agrosevilla, Arteche, Camper, Corporación Patricio Echeverría, Cosentino, Dracco Spain, Ebro Puleva, Envases del Vallés, Fadesa, Ficosa, Idom, Irestal, Lizarrán, Mango, Mapfre, Nexium, NH, Salto Systems, and Soria Natural. In addition, 14 new case studies are forthcoming .

The Virtual Centre for Internationalization, centered mainly on the internationalization process of each company, is a world-class pioneer project due to its specialization. Case studies are presented in a multimedia and interactive format, which allows for an optimum use. The case studies end with a debate forum, current articles on issues concerning internationalization and news on the progress of each company and its sector.
