I am happy to present to you a new issue of our research newsletter, plenty of good news.
We are particularly happy to celebrate the award of a Marie Curie fellowship to Antonios Stamatogiannakis, a new member of the Marketing area of our Business School.
An increased focus on EU sponsored programs and fellowship has been one of the strategic directions that we have followed recently in terms of research funding. These successes reinvigorate our determination to continue with this strategy.
Among the many exciting publications reported in the newsletter, I would like to use the article “Temporary Contracts And Work-Family Balance In A Dual Labor Market” as an example of a fruitful collaboration among various areas within the business school. It involves professors from three different areas: Entrepreneurship, Economic Environment and Human Resources. These research outputs are perfectly in line with IE philosophy of having a single faculty and avoiding as much as possible the creation of traditional boundaries among academic “departments”.
I wish you all the best for you research activities!
